- All items sold are in perfect condition and brand new unless otherwise stated.
- We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- All measurements are provided by suppliers and may differ a little from the actual size.
- Ensure that you understood the order format before you submit an order.
- All our prices are nett in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated, including normal postage charges and handling fees only. There will be an extra charge for registered mailing and bubble wrapping.
- Orders are based on first pay basis, no reservations allowed.
- Working days herein refers to Monday to Friday.
- Response time for enquries and order confirmation will be within three (3) working days.
- Upon receipt of e-mail order, an order confirmation email will be sent to customer.
- Payment of item(s) to be made within 24 hours upon receipt of order confirmation e-mail, else, order will be deem void.
- Customers must immediately send an e-mail to inform us of payment details, any delay in sending e-mail will result in a hold up of mail process.
- Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain item(s). If item(s) ordered is/are unavailable, an e-mail will be sent to the customer for further action.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid by the customer.
- Item(s) sold is/are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
- We will definitely check and ensure that item(s) is/are free of defects before mailing out.
- We will not be liable for lost/damaged item(s) through normal/registered mail.
- Postage may take up to 1 week to reach. Do let us know if it hasn't reach by then and we'll check with the post office.
- Strictly no meet-ups unless otherwise stated.
- Any refund will be done within 3 working days. Thereafter, an e-mail will be sent to notify customer.
- Please be ensured that any personal information given to us will be kept confidential. However, we may disclose information about you to protect against fraud and other crimes and to enforce our contracts with you.
- From time to time, there may be information on Bottled Eden that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
