~ Item(s) will be mailed within three (3) working days upon receipt of payment details' e-mail.
~ Postage cost is free of charge.
~ Mail usually takes two (2) to three (3) working days to reach customer.
Registered mailing
~ Item(s) will be mailed only on Saturday upon receipt of payment details' e-mail.
~ Postage cost is $2.24 on top of the free postage cost, which is payable to Singpost.
~ Mail usually takes three(3) to four (4) working days to reach customer.
~ Tracking number will be provided once parcel has been sent out.
~ Items that are too large/heavy to be sent as normal mail, will be sent by registered mail.
~ Return address will be provided to minimise the instances of lost mails.
~ Item(s) will be packed and sent in envelopes with tapes to prevent damage.
~ Item(s) will not be wrapped in clear plastic bags unless provided by supplier.
~ Customers who wants item(s) to be bubble wrapped has to bear the extra cost.
